J. Bird’s takes its name from the Jungle Bird — a rum-forward cocktail originally served as a welcome drink to guests arriving at the Hilton Aviary Bar in 1970s Kuala Lumpur. It wasn’t just a drink. It was a gesture. A way of saying you’ve made it—now relax.
